Gravity Sucks... I Can Help!
WHAT I DO
At Ladysmith Massage, I provide focused, hands-on Structural Bodywork designed to restore comfort, alignment, and freedom of movement. I specialize in working with clients who have acute conditions as well as challenging chronic problems, even when other approaches have not provided relief.
My approach integrates Rolfing Structural Integration, deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, and reflexology into a cohesive, personalized session. I listen carefully, assess how your body moves and compensates, and then treat what is actually there. All work is fully clothed, oil-free, and one-on-one — no drugs, injections, or assistants.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This work is suited for anyone seeking lasting change: people with chronic neck and back pain, hip or knee degeneration, postural strain, post-surgical compensations, athletic injuries, infant tension or developmental concerns, and stress-related movement dysfunction. You don’t need to be “broken”; you only need support.
HOW I WORK
Every session is tailored to the individual. I observe how your body organizes itself, where tension is held, what is compensating for what, and what your system is ready to change. Pressure and techniques are adjusted to your comfort and capacity. The goal is not temporary relief — it is to help your body feel like itself again.
A DESTINATION FOR STRUCTURAL BODYWORK
After years of clinical work at V.I. Pain Clinic in Nanaimo, I founded Ladysmith Massage to serve the Mid Island community. Built on attention, precision, and long-term results rather than volume, the clinic attracts clients not only from Ladysmith and the Cowichan Valley, but also from Nanaimo and surrounding areas who are seeking experienced, results-driven structural bodywork.
WHAT MAKES LADYSMITH MASSAGE DIFFERENT
Every session is one-on-one, with clients fully clothed and no oils or machines. The work is structural, movement-informed, and delivered in a calm, welcoming environment. Here, you are treated as a whole person — not just a symptom.
